Rest, restore, and settle sweetly into the stillness found in the changing of the seasons for 2 restorative hours of yoga and yoga nidra. We’ll illuminate the Light during the darkest time of the year by resting in poses that support the optimal flow of energy through our subtle bodies; working from the root through the crown of the head and beyond. Completely supported on the props and wrapped in the warmth of the studio you will enjoy listening to selected readings, the ethereal sounds of the Himalayan song bowls, guided meditation and breath work, and the quiet nature of the winter season.
No experience necessary. Just a willingness to be still.
Please bring a cozy blanket from home to cover up with at the end of class. All other sanitized props will be provided by the studio. At this time as we continue to navigate through the pandemic this mini-retreat is offered to vaccinated persons only.
