As light continues to diminish from the sky each day, the foliage in our yards and in the mountains is changing color and shedding itself as an offering the Earth, and fruits and vegetables are ripening and falling from the vine.   We Human Beings are being affected by the elements of air and space that cause instability in our thoughts, our sleep, and our emotional well being this time of year. The winds of change are being experienced within and without.
