In this 75 minute class we will work towards a designated peak pose through the careful sequencing of asana, pranayama, focused concentration. Look to build strength and flexibility as you work towards headstand, crow pose, wheel, and the splits either in their full expression or with props and modifications. Don't let these peak poses scare you off. Most of the class will be work TOWARDS each of these pose 1 at a time. The peak pose is just 1 in a well thought out series of yoga asana accessable to most practioners.
